Impulse Interactive Inc. Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Text Terms”)
Impulse Interactive Inc. (“Impulse”) offers recurring text messaging programs as well as occasional one-time or limited-duration text messaging programs. These Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Text Terms”) govern all Impulse text message programs.
By signing up to participate in our text messaging programs, you agree to these Text Terms. These terms include provisions regarding mandatory arbitration, indemnity clauses, limitations of liability, and how we use your information. In case of any inconsistency, these Text Terms will govern your participation in our text messaging programs.
1. Consent and Message Content
By opting into our text messaging programs, you agree to receive messages, which may include:

Information on the experience
Messages may be in SMS, MMS, or RCS format and may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice messages to the number you provide. Message frequency may vary. Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase of goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
Impulse may transition from one short code or phone number to another, and by opting in, you consent to receive messages from any updated number.
2. Opting In
To opt into receiving text messages from Impulse, follow the instructions provided, which may include:
Entering your phone number on our website or mobile app.
Scanning a QR code at an event.
Sending a designated keyword to a specified short code.
You may be required to confirm your consent by replying “Y” or another designated response to an initial confirmation text. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the mobile account holder and 18 years of age or older.
3. Opting Out
To stop receiving text messages from a specific Impulse text messaging program:
Text STOP to the number from which you received our messages.
You may receive a one-time final confirmation text confirming that you have opted out.
For additional assistance, reply HELP to the number from which you received our text messages.
4. Service Limitations
If your mobile carrier does not participate in our messaging programs, you may not receive messages. Some carriers may not support specific services (e.g., pre-paid users may not be eligible). Check with your carrier for details.
Not all mobile devices are supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Impulse Interactive Inc. and participating mobile carriers are not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or errors in messages.
5. Privacy and Security

6. Changes to Terms
